Margaret de Leon, Founder & Executive Director
Hello, welcome! I am a PhD student at the University of Toronto, pursuing doctoral research on student employment and its impact on student persistence and success in higher education. My research and advocacy is informed by my years of experience serving as a policy researcher at the University of Toronto Students’ Union (UTSU), learning about the barriers that students face in completing their education. I created this initiative with the goal of democratizing access information to promote postsecondary student success.
